This Privacy Policy explains how Slow Machine Studio (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, send a brief or work with us.

Information we collect

  • Brief and contact form: your name, work email, product link, the package you chose and your message.
  • Project materials: product photos, logos, footage, voice recordings and other files you send us for a project. For AI twin projects this may include video and voice recordings of you and your consent recording.
  • Orders and payments: billing details processed by Shopify or our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Website usage: cookies and similar technologies set by Shopify to run the site and measure visits (for example pages viewed and device type).

How we use it

  • to reply to your brief, prepare quotes and deliver your project;
  • to send invoices and project updates;
  • to run, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts this website and processes orders;
  • AI generation and post-production tools we use to make your content (for example video, image, voice and upscaling services), only to the extent needed for your project;
  • file-sharing services used to deliver your files;
  • authorities, if required by law.

AI twin recordings
Video and voice recordings used to create an AI twin are used only for that twin and that client. We do not use them to train general models or to create content for anyone else. You can ask us to delete the recordings and the trained avatar at any time.

How long we keep it
We keep project materials and deliverables for 12 months after the project ends so we can handle revisions and re-deliveries, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection laws, you also have the rights those laws give you, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
